By using Focani you agree to these terms. Focani provides focus-training exercises for general self-improvement. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or assess any condition.

Eligibility & minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Focani only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is handled through your chosen provider; keep that account secure.

Usernames & leaderboard content

Usernames appear publicly on the leaderboard, so they are user-generated content. Do not choose a username that is abusive, harassing, impersonates someone else, or contains another person's real name or contact details. We may remove usernames or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to manipulate scores or the leaderboard, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed on the plan you choose and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel yourself at any time from your account settings; see the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

Disclaimer

Focani is provided "as is" for training and entertainment. Scores are relative measures, not clinical results.
