Focani

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Focani ("we") provides science-based focus-training tests. This policy explains what we collect and why. You can use the core tests as a guest without an account.

What we collect

As a guest, we do not require any personal information to play. If you create a free account, we collect your sign-in identifier (e.g. your Google account email) and a username. When you save a session, we store your score, time, and accuracy.

Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views and training events). If we show ads on the free plan, those partners may set cookies; you can manage cookie preferences in your browser. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA. To exercise any right, email support@focani.com.

Leaderboard visibility

If you appear on the leaderboard, we display your chosen username and score only — never your email or real name.

Children

Focani is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. See our Terms for the minimum-age requirement.
